Cross Trainers Health & Fitness Center strives to incorporate fitness into everyday life through cross training. Cross training is the combination of any sport, along with aerobic conditioning and weight lifting to achieve maximum physical fitness for the entire body.
Our goal is to have a well-rounded fitness facility giving members access to strength machines, free weights, circuit training, cardio equipment and group exercise. Our vision is to network members into a community of outside activities so that fitness becomes a lifestyle.
Our Cross Trainers staff is readily available to share their knowledge of fitness to ensure maximum results. We are here to provide an environment that includes fitness, health and fun!
